Match resume evidence to job requirements, get an apply-or-pause recommendation, and review why. Missing text alone is not proof you lack the experience.
Method and limits
Check the example, confirm inputs against your documents, and verify official rules before relying on estimates.
Questions worth checking
- How does the match score work?
- It compares extracted mandatory and preferred requirements with evidence in your supplied resume wording. Mandatory items count twice; preferred items count once. This rule-based text review is not a validated hiring benchmark or a measure of hiring odds.
- Does it send or save pasted text?
- No. Analysis runs in the browser tab. The text is not sent to a model or saved by this tool; closing or refreshing the page clears it.
- Does missing resume text prove a skill gap?
- No. “Not documented” means only that the supplied text did not show matching evidence. A confirmed gap must be marked by the user.
